As such, we will strive to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web site at all times. It is in our DNA to build and maintain a reputable, beautiful business and honesty is a critical component. However, there may be occasions when some of the information on our web site may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. Petit Couture, LLC. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If our customers’ credit card/debit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Petit Couture, LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. It isn’t very princessy or princely, as the case may be, to purchase the wrong color or have bling that doesn’t meet your expectations. Therefore, we have made every effort to display colors, finishes and product details of our garments as accurately as possible via this web site. However, the actual colors you see in our online look-books, promotional imagery and product catalog will depend on your computer’s (or mobile phone…if you’re totally cool) monitor and its resolution. Petit Couture, LLC. cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. It would be super-cool if we could though. So, to make up for it, we will do our best to provide detailed product information to help you make the best choice possible for your purchase. As a Petit Couture customer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Petit Couture, LLC., its owner(s), employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site an associated sites (Petit Couture on Facebook, Petit Couture blog, Petit Couture on Twitter) using your Internet account.
All Petit Couture in-stock orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, normally within 3 business days – yay!! Many orders ship on the same day. Depending on the order timeframe chosen, Petit Couture, LLC. will notify you of any changes in order status or shipping timeframe. Petit Couture presently ships within the United States and Canada only.
Typos are a bummer, but if a package is returned to Petit Couture, LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by our customer, sadly our customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost – so check your t’s and dot i’s twice! Petit Couture is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
We are truly a special company and kismet is our middle name. But, try as we might…we cannot change the universe or the kinetic energy that sometimes gets in the way. Petit Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Petit Couture will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with every attempt made to remedy the situation.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Petit Couture accepts the following methods of payment: Personal check and PayPal only. Payment is processed at the time of order; checks require pre-mailing. An invoice number will be generated upon order and a confirmation email will be sent to the bill to email address on file. Sweet!
At this time, Petit Couture only ships in the United States and Canada. Until then, we are available to our customers in the super-fabulous USA and Canada.
We believe that happiness shouldn’t be a luxury. As such, Petit Couture honors a 30-day return policy with our products. We want you to love them as much as we do. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please return items to us within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit only at this time.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When items are received and verified to be in new, saleable condition, Petit Couture will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned, less shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Shipping costs apply for returning products. However, Petit Couture pays for the shipping back should a product be exchanged for a new size/color/etc.
Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds can be issued at this time.
Petit Couture loves our partner stores! We know that our customers love to discover beautiful, unique items and believe in finding Petit Couture for the perfect gift for oneself or another. As such, we value our wholesale customers as much as a Bellini (and that is a lot!).

Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include Visa, MasterCard and pre-printed business checks (must clear before shipment is released). Our terms are 50% at time of order; balance due upon delivery.
Petit Couture accessories and garments may not be altered in any way for resale. Prohibited alterations include, but are not limited to, dye processing, appliqués, screen-printing and reconstruction.
